ベルギー発祥のセゾン酵母に、白ワインのような香りを持つニュージーランド産のNelson Sauvinホップ、これに、同じく白ブドウに例えられる香りを持つHallertau Blanc ホップ、そして、今やIPA では最も人気のあるホップのひとつであるCitra、Cascade ホップを組み合わせました。白ブドウ、白桃にも似た繊細な味わい。そして最後に残る苦みの余韻がビールらしさとして全体をまとめ上げています。

The main hop is Nelson Sauvin. The top aroma is good combination of hops and ester from Belgian yeast and have an elegant bitterness for aftertaste, but the finish is slightly dry. It tastes complex, like white wine by using Nelson Sauvin hop and like white peach by using Citra and Cascade hop.
