今回目指したのは、素材の個性を最大限に引き出しつつ、食中酒としてバランスのよいビールであること。使用したホップは、Mosaic, Simcoe, Cascade, Columbus。IPAとしての適度な苦味、ホップ由来の柑橘感にベリー類の果実を思わせる香り、そして全体を支えるボディはドライになりすぎないよう、大麦麦芽に少量の小麦麦芽とオーツ麦をブレンド。それぞれの素材の主張は強くないものの、それらがまとまることでバランスの取れた、すいすいと飲みやすい仕上がりになりました。

This time of beer is a moderately bitter IPA, with citrus and berry fruit aroma from variety of hops. The body is blend of barley malt with small amount of wheat malt and flaked oats to keep it from being too dry.
