アメリカンIPAといえば、ホップ。今回の主役となるホップはMosaic、Madarina Bavaria、そしてHüll Melon。主役たちを支えるモルト（麦芽）は、甘味がしっかりと感じられる配合にし、一部にオーツ麦、小麦麦芽を使うことで、マウスフィール（口当たり）に柔らかさを持たせました。
口に含むと、ふわりとしたモルトの甘さのあとに、ホップによる柑橘の果皮を思わせる爽やかな苦みがゆっくりとやってきます。ジューシーな飲み口とともに感じられるHüll Melon由来の淡いメロン様の風味がビールに複雑さをもたらし、最後まで飲み飽きないビールに仕上がっています。

The hops we used were Mosaic, Madarina Bavaria, and Hüll Melon. The malt mix for medium body, and we also used oats and wheat malt for a smooth mouthfeel. You can enjoy the juicy citrus flavor from hops especially Hüll Melon hop aroma like light real-melon is the key to make this beer more drinkable one. One more thing, these hop combinations is the same as last year's American Pale Ale, "Evening Delight." However, the amount of hops used and the hopping schedule have been significantly changed to IPA.
