ラズベリーとビネガーを使用した、甘酸っぱいエール。2023年は樽のみの販売でしたが、今回は缶でも登場です!液色は赤みがかったブラウンエール。鼻を近づけるとラズベリーの芳香が漂い、口に含めば複雑な酸味が炭酸と相まった爽やかな飲み口を感じられます。さらに今回は新たにオークチップを使用したことで、後口にほのかな甘い香りが残る、より複雑な味わいに仕上がりました。※税法上は発泡酒に分類されます
This beer is Brown Ale layering fruity acidity and aroma by raspberry puree. We added vinegar to provide complexity and depth to the taste. For the vinegar component, we blended black vinegar made from rice and balsamic vinegar made from grape juice. This color is brown. Bringing the glass close to your nose, the first thing is the aroma of raspberries. Upon tasting, you'll experience a refreshing blend of fruit-derived citric acid, lactic acid, and acetic acid, heightened by a brisk carbonation. This time, oak chips are used to add a wooden barrel nuance. The oak chips, which have a subtly sweet aroma, add further depth to the flavor. The sourness of this beer is so delightful that you might find yourself downing the glass while pondering its intriguing complexity.
