初仕込みビール「PUBLIC PRESSURE」のレシピをベースに、醸造を重ねるなかで得た知識やテクニックを盛り込んで造ったアメリカンIPA。ホップ由来のパッションフルーツを思わせるトロピカルな香りと柑橘の香りが重なり、多層的なアロマを楽しんでいただけます。ボディのしっかりとした麦の風味がキリッとした苦味を支え、香りと苦みを同時に感じられる仕上がりです。

This is our 5th anniversary beer, "Public Pleasure". For do not forget our first resolution, following in the footsteps of our first beer "Public Pressure", we have created a beer with two main hop varieties, Mosaic and Galaxy. The citrus aroma from the Mosaic hops and the tropical passion fruit aroma from the Galaxy hops. It has a strong bitterness.
