初仕込みのビールは、American IPAです。MosaicとGalaxy由来のトロピカルなホップの香りのあとに、しっかりとした苦みを感じていただける仕上がりとなりました。周囲から集まる期待と、それに比例して募るプレッシャー。様々な思いを苦いビールに込めてみました。

Our first beer is American IPA. After the smell of tropical hops derived from Mosaic and Galaxy, it got a finish that makes you feel a firm bitter taste. The expectation that gathers from the surroundings and the pressure that calls for it proportionately. We tried putting various thoughts in bitter beer.
