今回は2019年「Chack’n Hop」のリミックス版「Pop’n Hop」。使用したホップはMosaic とSimcoe。これらのホップを使って、シトラス、ベリー、マンゴー、パッションフルーツを感じていただけるとともに、Kveik酵母を使用することで、柑橘の果皮を思わせる香りを重ねて、さらに味わい豊かに仕上げました。

In this Pop'n hop, the malt composition has been revised to balance the bitterness and maltiness for a more drinkable finish. The hops used in this Pop'n hop are Mosaic and Simcoe, which give the beer a citrus, berry, mango, and passion fruit flavor, and the use of Kveik yeast adds a layer of citrus peel-like aroma for an even richer flavor.
