ベースとなるのはイングリッシュブラウンエール。焦がし砂糖の風味が強い含蜜糖（モラセスシュガー）に、味わいに深みを加える塩味、そしてキャラメルフレーバーが溶け合って、さながら、「大人のための飲む塩キャラメル」と言える仕上がりに。
グラスを傾けると、上品な甘いキャラメルの香り。口に含むと、クリームブリュレを思わせるほろ苦さを伴った甘みが広がり、ほのかな塩味が全体をまとめ上げます少しずつ飲み進めていただくことで、液温が上がり、香りと味わいの豊かさを一層、楽しんでいただけます。

The base of this beer is English brown ale, which has a strong malt flavor from Plumage Archer malt. The molasses sugar, which has flavor like burnt sugar, combined with the salt that adds multilayer to the taste, and caramel flavor, has created a "Salt Caramel" beer for adults. You can enjoy the elegant sweet caramel aroma, and taste rich body like a light-roasted coffee, and also enjoy deep lingering for aftertaste. It can be pairing with sweets, or even can be enjoyed as dessert.
