ベースとなるのはアンバーエール。モルトのしっかりとしたスタイルのビールに使用したのは、シナモン・ナツメグ・クローブ・カルダモン。これらのスパイスを丁寧に組み合わせることで、新しい味わいを生み出しています。甘ったるさはなく、アルコール度数が5.5%と控えめなことも相まって、すっきり飲みやすい仕上がりです。

The spices that are paired with this beer are cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and cardamom. Each of these spices is unique on its own and is used in a wide range of dishes,from sweets to curries. The combination of these ingredients gives a new depth to the aroma. In the mouth, a refreshing flavor and bitterness similar to the fruitiness of Barbe Rouge, a French hop with a berry aroma. 5.5% ABV of this beer makes it possible to finish a pint glass without getting tired of it.
