奈良醸造３回目となるサワーは、パッションフルーツをふんだんに使用した、フルーツサワーエールです。
ひと口飲めば、パッションフルーツとケトルサワー由来の酸味が相まったうえに、南国産フルーツ特有のトロピカルな香りが、口いっぱいに広がります。ゴクゴクと飲むのもよし、温度変化とともにパッションフルーツの香りが開くのを楽しむのもよし。グラスとともに南国気分を感じてください！

Our new release will be the third time of kettle sour. The first time, “Sour Sonic” was a simple sour ale that is dry-hopped by Nelson Sauvin. The second time, “Summer Salt Gose” was a sour ale used Infused Pinot Noir Salt in collaboration with Level Beer of Portland, Oregon, US.The third time, yes, this time, we brewed sour ale with passion fruit. You can enjoy sourness and scent of passion fruit. Please enjoy a glass of this beer and feel like you are in the resort.
