酸味のなかに多彩な果実感を楽しめるフルーツサワーエール。南国フルーツといえば思い浮かぶ、パッションフルーツとマンゴーをふんだんに使いました。
「TROPICAL DANDY」 というこの名前に、聞き覚えのある方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。そう、このサワーエールは2021年に一度リリースしています。このフルーツの組み合わせが気に入っていて、いつかもう一度やりたいと思っていたビールでした。

口に含めば、パッションフルーツの爽やかな酸味が口の中いっぱいに広がり、マンゴーの甘酸っぱい風味が続きます。少し温度が上がってくると、よりマンゴーの輪郭がくっきりと現れ、同時にモルト由来のハチミツを思わせる香りも顔を出してきます。酸っぱさの中に、様々な香りや味わいを閉じ込めたサワーエールです。
暑い夏にも、このビールを片手に涼しい顔ができれば、ダンディな大人の仲間入りです（多分）。

This time, we are releasing a Fruit Sour Ale generously infused with passion fruit and mango. . You might recognize the name 'TROPICAL DANDY' – we first released this sour ale in 2021. Since then, we loved this fruit combination and have wanted to recreate this beer. .
