This time of release is a fruit sour ale. Passion fruit and mango, two tropical fruits, are used in plenty to give a variety of fruit flavors. The sourness of the passion fruit comes first, followed by the flavor of the mango. As the temperature rises, the mango flavor becomes more pronounced, while a honey-like aroma emerges. With a low alcohol content of 4.0%, this made a drinkable sour beer.
