今回のビールのテーマは酸っぱさ。ケトルサワー由来の複雑な香味の裏側に仄かにNelson Sauvinのドライホップをしのばせました。アルコール度数を低く抑えることで、飲み疲れしない仕上がりとなっています。

The theme of this beer is sourness. We had a dry hop of Nelson Sauvin in the backside of complicated flavor derived from kettle sour. It becomes the finish which is not tired of drinking by holding down the alcohol frequency low.
