今回のRelaxin’は、暑い夏に軽やかな飲み口となるよう、アルコール度数は控えめの3.5%としたマイクロIPA。メインで使用したホップは柑橘の味わいが爽やかなSimcoe、マンゴーやパイナップルといった華やかなフルーツの香りのAzacca、そして、その名の通り甘いメロン様の香りを持つHüll Melonをブレンドし、苦味は控えめに、IPAらしく香り豊かに仕上げました。

The alcohol content of 3.5% to make it light and refreshing in the hot summer. The main hops used were Simcoe, which has a refreshing citrus flavor, Azacca, which has a gorgeous fruit aroma of mango and pineapple, and Hüll Melon, which has a sweet melon-like aroma, as its name suggests.
