2020年初リリースとなるセゾンは、昨年のコペルニクス、ケプラーを踏襲したホッピーセゾン。アメリカンIPAにもよく登場するフルーティな香りのホップをふんだんに使った、トロピカルでジューシーな味わいのセゾンです。柑橘をはじめとする様々なフルーツを思わせる味わい、セゾンらしいドライな仕上がりに、わずかな酸味が相まって、ホップの香りを楽しみつつもドリンカブルな一杯となっています。

We use hops that we have used for the characteristic of hops such as Pale American IPA in our beer, so you can enjoy both bitterness and aroma from hops and the ester from Saison yeast. It tastes like white grapes by using Hallertau Blanc hop, tropical fruits aroma by using Mosaic hop, and Hüll Melon hop is so on. The top aroma is good combination of hops and ether from Belgian yeast and have a slightly bitterness for aftertaste, but the finish is dry.
