奈良醸造、SMaSH American IPA の第二弾。今回は麦芽をドイツ産のPale Malt 100％、そしてホップはMosaicのみで仕込んでみました。Mosaicホップからくる、トロピカルフルーツを思わせる香りを存分に楽しんでいただきつつ、春の兆しがそこかしこに感じられるようになってきたこれからの季節にあわせてゴクゴクと飲めるよう、前回の”Simplex”よりもややドライに仕上げました。

This is our second SMaSH American IPA! This time, we used German Two Row Pale Malt and Mosaic hop. Please enjoy the juicy flavor like tropical fruit coming from Mosaic. And we made this beer drier than "Simplex", so it makes more drinkable and best for this coming of spring season.
