今回の奈良醸造のIPAは、アルコール度数わずか3.5パーセント。ですが、麦芽（モルト）の風味も、ホップの香りや苦味もしっかりと楽しんでいただける一杯です。メインで使用したホップは柑橘の味わいが爽やかなSimcoe。これにAzaccaをブレンドし、トロピカルな味わいが増すようにしています。しっかりとした苦味はColumbus由来のもの。柑橘の果皮を思わせる苦味が爽やかな余韻となって残ります。アルコールはあまり強くないけれど、色んな種類のビールを楽しみたい方に、おすすめの一杯です。

This IPA was brewed with the same amount of malt as our ordinary IPA yet manages to lower the alcohol content. The main hop used is Simcoe, which has a refreshing citrus taste, and Azacca, which increases the tropical flavor. The firm bitterness comes from the Columbus. A refreshing bitterness reminiscent of citrus peel lingers in the beer. If you're not good at alcohol but still want to try a variety of craft beers, this is the perfect IPA for you.
