The base beer is Kölsch, which traditionally made in Cologne, Germany. While it is beer made with top-fermenting yeast (ale yeast), it is fermented and aged at low temperature, resulting in lager-like beer style with clean and refreshing taste. This kölsch is added rosemary to give the beer herbal finish.When poured into the glass, it has fresh rosemary aroma reminiscent of green grass.
