今回、奈良醸造がリリースするのはMicro Porter。アルコール度数がわずか3.0%と軽めながらも、しっかりとした飲みごたえを感じられる仕上がりです。
グラスから立ち上がってくるのは、焙煎した麦芽由来の、まるでコーヒーを思わせる軽いロースト香。口に含むと、カカオチョコレートのような心地よい苦味の裏側に感じられる、ほのかな甘味。焙煎した麦芽を何種類も重ね合わせることで、重層性のある香りとその変化を感じていただけるよう設計しています。液温が低いときにはカカオやコーヒーを思わせるロースト香が感じられますが、温度が上がっていくにつれ、アーモンドに似た香ばしいナッツのアロマが感じられるようになります。

The latest release of NBCo.is black beer, in other words, micro porter. We try to create this beer that is light with alcohol content of only 3.0%, but still has strong drinkability. This time, by layering several kinds of roasted malts, we have designed a multi-layered aroma and its changes. When the liquid temperature is low, the roasted aroma is reminiscent of cocoa and coffee, but as the temperature rises, savory nutty aroma similar to almonds can be detected (the former is mainly derived from roasted malts and the latter from brown malt).
