奈良醸造では、これまで2度(BTTBとPtolemy)クラシカルなセゾンをリリースしてきました。今回のセゾンの大きな違いはホップ。これまでペールエールやIPAに使用してきたホップを使い、セゾン酵母の醸し出す香りとともに、ホップ由来の苦味や香りを楽しんでいただけるようになっています。
Mandarina Bavariaホップの甘い柑橘の香りに、Hallertau Blancホップの白ブドウを思わせる味わい。さらに、Mosaicホップをドライホップすることで、ふわりとトロピカルフルーツの香りを重ねました。
NBCo. has released Saison named BTTB and Ptolemy so far. Today, there are many varieties of Saison, but mainly traditional Belgian and the others. Our BTTB and Ptolemy were the former ones, but this time we chose the later. The big difference is the hop. This time, we use hops that we have used for the characteristic of hops such as Pale Ale and IPA in our beer, so you can enjoy the bitterness and aroma from hops, as well as the ester from Saison yeast. It tastes like white grapes by using Hallertau Blanc hop, and sweet tangerine and citrus aroma by using Mandarina Bavaria hop, furthermore, by dry hopped with Mosaic hop, tropical fruits aroma is so on. Saison has originally brewed for farm-worker drink during summer in Belgium. This beer is also perfect in the coming season.
