本来はラガー酵母で造られるメルツェンを、エール酵母のひとつであるケルシュ酵母を使って発酵させました。冬季の長期低温熟成を経て、トーストしたパンのようなモルトの甘みとホップの苦味が調和したビールに仕上がっています。
