今年リリースした”Simplex”と”Monolith”という２種類のSMaSH IPA。これらのビールに使った材料を組み合わせて、それぞれのビールから「いいとこ取り」をしてみました。ホップはSimcoeとMosaic、麦芽はMaris OtterとTwo Row Pale。それぞれの特徴を探しながら楽しんでみてください。

Simplex + Monolith = Complex! We have brewed two types of IPA in 2019, both of which were Single Malt and Single Hop (SMaSH) IPA. Simplex is used Maris Otter, which has rich malt flavor, and Simcoe, which has aroma like citrus. Monolith is used Two Row Pale Malt, which has modest flavor of malt so that we can catch tropical aroma and flavor of Mosaic hop. In this Complex, we try malts and hops used for these two types of beer to "Best of Both Worlds" for the goodness of each ingredient. Tropical and citrus aroma and flavor comes from Mosaic and Simcoe, and these base are Maris Otter and Two Row Pale Malt.
