去年リリースのFrench Connection以来、奈良醸造２回目となるケルシュ。前回からの改良点のひとつにホップがあります。今回使用したのは、Libertyという名前のホップ。前回のケルシュの４倍以上のホップ量を使いながらも、上品な苦味を持つビールに仕上がっています。

Since last year's release "French Connection", this will be NBCO's second Kölsch. One of the big improvements from the last time is hop. How to use a lot of hops with less bitterness, this method was taught in collaboration with Mr. Nishinaka of Kakegawa Beer. This time, we used a hop named "Liberty". In spite of using hop more than four times the previous Kölsch, finishing of this beer is with an elegant bitter taste.
