静岡県掛川市のカケガワビール（Kakegawa Farm Brewing）とのコラボビール第2弾！数か月に渡る熟成期間を経て完成したベルジャンストロングエール。熟したバナナのような果実香に、干しブドウやイチジク、黒糖を思わせる香りが複雑に重なります。口に含めば、ブレンドした麦芽の豊かなボディを感じつつも、飲み口はドライ、フィニッシュに若干の苦味が余韻として残り、アルコール度数の高さを感じさせない仕上がりです。

This 8-Bit (Belgian Dark Strong Ale) is the 2nd collaboration beer with Mr. Nishinaka who is the head brewer and Belgian beer professional of Kakegawa Farm Brewing in Kakegawa, Shizuoka. This has been brewed last October, after 4 months of conditioning, it will be finally released. The aroma has banana ester, dried raisins, brown sugar, etc. Also, you can enjoy rich body of blended malts but dry in finish, have a slight bitterness for aftertaste. The recommended liquid temperature is around 12 celsius degrees, slightly higher than normal beer. While drinking slowly, I hope you enjoy the changing flavor as time goes by.
